CONSULTATION/SYSTEM INSPECTION:
Because of our concern for safety where medical gasses are
concerned, we want you to have a resource you can count on. That's why we provide
consultative and accredited system inspection services, including initial plan review so
that you are certain to meet all current code requirements.
We have been in the medical gas business long enough to know just how specialized this field is. We also know that
unfortunately there are some companies out there who don't really know what they are doing
when it comes to working with medical gases. They can't provide sound advise and can put your facility at risk.
If it is your responsibility to oversee the medical gasses at your
facility, it is likely that you may not know where to turn for reliable information when
it comes to considering existing systems, new installations, upgrades, retro-fit,
problems, code requirements, regulations, etc. That's where we come in. We are
your resource for accurate information!
If consultation and/or system inspection is something you need, call us. We can discuss your needs on the telephone, then if needed we will
send a Project Manager to your location. We are happy to provide this service.

PROJECTS/BIDS/CONTRACTS:
We will work with you to handle your design & engineering
needs, permits, and regulatory agency requirements, as applicable. We will recommend
equipment and pipe sizing, layout, and design that will specifically meet your
application.
When we are involved in the contract bidding process, we will first
meet with you and walk your site. Then we will work closely with you, the architects
and engineers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure we cover everything that wll
be required for your application. We are honest from the start and will tell you
exactly what we propose, in writing, with as much detail as possible.
We will submit a bid that we know will get the job done, and done
right. Unlike some, it is not our practice to under bid a job to be awarded a
contract. We have seen unsuspecting facilities fall prey to this time and time again.
The project ends up going way over budget, exceeds timeline expectations and most
always requires multiple change orders.
We have our reputation at stake. We bid our jobs honestly and
fairly from the start. We want you to know what costs are involved and what you can
realistically expect for your project, no matter what size it is.
When we are chosen for your application, we will procure a
comprehensive contract to ensure that all expectations are met. If you need to make
changes during the course of the project, we will continue to work closely with you to
explain additional costs that may be involved, the possible consequences to the project
timeline, applicable regulatory ramifications, etc. Together we will help you manage
your project through completion.

VERIFICATION:
Ensuring that your systems are clean, safe, and functioning
properly is vital, not only for patient care but for your liability as a provider of
medical gases. Not only that, but you must maintain system verification records for
compliance with regulatory agency standards.
Our verification processes meet Nationally recognized codes and
standards. This ensures that our findings are valid and that your system is being
verified to current criteria.
When we verify your system to ensure it is compliant, we will
provide you with an on-site written field report of our findings. In addition, we
will provide you with a detailed written final report for your records. If we
determined that an area of non-compliance exists, this will be included in the report,
along with recommendations for achieving compliance.
